Happy New Year!  

A new year brings an opportunity for reflection, the establishment of new goals and an opportunity for growth!  What do you hope to accomplish in your life, career and relationship in 2022?  As a New York State licensed clinical psychologist for over 25 years, I believe in the importance of self awareness, insight and reflection to understand our relationships with ourselves &  others. I treat a variety of clinical issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, school performance, grief, psychological evaluations and relationship issues. I work extensively with individuals, couples / families, young adults and groups. I offer a private, safe, supportive, healing environment and I continue to be inspired by the resilience, strength and courage of the clients I work with everyday. It is my goal and commitment to help clients live their "best lives".
